ABOUT US: Elizabeth & Mark England are married partners whose travels inspired them to bring the taste of Italy back to Utah.
They set to work learning the purest methods from the world's finest gelato makers, finding the most premium flavors and ingredients to craft custom recipes.
In 2006 Elizabeth & Mark opened Dolcetti, Utah's only authentic artisan gelato, located in Salt Lake City.
It wasn't long before the gelato created a local buzz, prompting the opening of a second location in Park City, and the addition of their product to the menus of many fine restaurants.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCT: Dolcetti uses only the highest quality ingredients (including seasonal local fresh fruits), innovative flavor combinations and recipes from scratch.
Containing only 1/3 the fat of ice cream and 10% air, our gelato has a delightfully rich, smooth texture and intense flavor.
Our sorbetto is a dairy and fatfree alternative to our gelato.
