A GELATO BAR: is the perfect dessert offering for any event. Let us match the elegance of your wedding with the finest authentic Italian ice cream in Utah. Your guests will be delighted to be served something unique and individual. Italians are known for their sophisticated teste in food. Our gelato does not need sugary mix-ins or heavy cream to give it the teste and elegance of Italy.
Provide your guests with a memorable experience. You can offer three or more of your choice of flavors. Guests will be able to select their flavor preference, servced in a cup or homemade waffle code. We also serve Dough Girl cookies, gelato cakes, crepes and personalized flavors. The gelato bar has a lit glass front that displays the gelato flavors beautifully. The cost is $3.50 per serving, with a minimum order of 75 servings. This includes everything you need to make your event perfect: delivery, setup, cups, spoons and a server for one hour (@$20.00 per your per server after the first hour.) For smaller events you can rent a gelato cabinet for $39.00, purchase gelato in 5 liter pans (about 30 4 ox. servings) at $55.00 per pan and serve it yourself.

OUR GELATO: After learning the craft from Italian Articans, we are excited to bring frozen Italian indulgences to your event. Our produts are hand made from scratch using the finest natural ingredients. We blend imported Italian flavors, choosing the best that each area in Italy has to offer, such as pistachio, hazelnut, tiramisu, gran caffe, amerena (wild cherry) and Pernigotti chocolate. We also create seasonal flavors such as pumpkin, cranberry, eggnog and peppermint in the winter-time. Spring follows with delicate flavors such as rose sobetto, lavender honey, blood orange and pear, plus 75 more. Summer is bursting with gresh fruits from farmer's market to make lemon, canteloupe, strawberry and raspberry. Our milk is all RGBH gree. We use locally grown, hand-selected fruits and berries in season for our sorbettos. Free from heavy creams, Dolcetti provides delicate and exotic flavors. Whereas traditional ice creams add air to increase volume, gelato's extreme density gives intense flavor and a smooth, creamy texture, with 1/3 the fat. Our fruit sorbettos are dairy free with no fat, making then an ideal option for guests who are lactose intolerant or vegan. We also make sugar gree chocolate, pistachio, and hazelnut.
